REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL Return to By-Laws' main page. Section 7.1 Powers.
The Representative Council shall be the legislative and policy forming body of the Association. All powers not delegated to the Executive Board, the officers or other bodies of the Association, shall be vested in the Representative Council including, but not limited to, the approval of the budget. Section 7.2 Delegates.
Delegates and alternate delegates to the House of Delegates of the Utah Education Association, other than those otherwise appointed by these Bylaws, shall be elected by the Representative Council from among the elected Association Representatives. Return to By-Laws' main page. |
