QUALIFICATIONS - ELECTIVE OFFICE Return to By-Laws' main page. Section 8.1 Qualification.
In order to qualify for an elective office in the Association, a candidate shall have been a member of the National Education Association, the Utah Education Association and of the Davis Education Association for the period of at least one year preceding the date of assuming office. To retain said elective office, the person must remain a member in good standing for the entire term of his/her office in the above listed organizations. Section 8.2 Alternate Faculty Representatives.
Any person acting as alternative Association Representative must comply with all of the above stated qualifications to elective office. Return to By-Laws' main page. |
